Meet Bianca

Bianca is the heart behind On The Line Counselling. With a Masters in Social Work and a Bachelor in Human Services from La Trobe University, she brings more than a decade of hands-on experience working with individuals from all walks of life. As an accredited Mental Health Social Worker with the AASW, Bianca has supported clients through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and relationship concerns.

Her approach is warm, empathetic, and practical, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported while working toward meaningful outcomes. Beyond her professional expertise, Bianca is also a wife and mother, giving her a deep understanding of life’s complexities and the importance of balance.
